Memo to the big boys.

This is how big girls should behave - maybe a lesson could be learned?

Let's hope the link works.

And in case you aren't sure of the words, here they are :-
Big Girls Don't Cry
Big girls dont cry, big girls don't cry

Big girls don't cry (they don't cry)
Big girls don't cry (who said they don't cry)
My girl said good-bye (my oh my)
My girl didn't cry (I wonder why)

(Silly boy) Told my girl we had to break up
(Silly boy) Thought that she would call my bluff
(Silly boy) But she said to my surprise
Big girls don't cry

Big girls don't cry (they don't cry)
Big girls don't cry (who said they don't cry)

Baby I was cruel (I was cruel)
Baby I'm a fool (I'm such a fool)

(Silly girl) Shame on you your Mama said
(Silly girl) Shame on you, you cried in bed
(Silly girl) Shame on you, you told a lie
Big girls do cry

Big girls don't cry (they don't cry)
Big girls don't cry (that's just an alibi)

Big girls don't cry (repeat to fade)

With thanks to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.

Dave and the Tory front bench should perform that one at the next PMQ's.

He'll have to tighten his trousers to reach those notes though.

I'm sure both could be arranged!

Oh no. I just looked them up and I remember all their songs!

I feel very, very old just now. better put on something young to counter it. Slade, perhaps.

I'm sure anybody who's listened to Radio 2 will recognise all their songs, and be able to hum them too. Either that or they were very, very, young when the songs were popular.

It's a bit late for Christmas songs though, isn't it?

Ah memories - I remember that song well. Those were the days when words could be understood.

@ subrosa - yes, they certainly could be understood, even it hard to imitate.

A certain BeeGee managed it though.
