I remember C.S. Lewis and I remember when we were being told that we were entering into a new Ice Age.
According to Fatty Lawson in the Great Global Warming Swindle, it was Maggie the Thatch who is to blame for global warming: she distrusted the towel-heads with their oil and distrusted the back-combed matinee idol looks of Arthur Scargill with his coal and said, as a scientist herself, that the use of fossil fuels was leading the world to global warming, not a new Ice Age.
Seems like there is no end of the stuff Maggie is to blame for!
