Weird?

This is really weird.

From the Telegraph. It's the tail end of a speech at Citizens UK, and includes an interruption.

The whole video lasts just over a minute. Take a look and see what you think.

P.S.
There's a complete version of the speech/video over at Salty's place. It lasts just over ten minutes.

Worth popping over there to see what the Slug has to say.

There's something pretty weird at the beginning too:

'We're fighting not just for the minimum wage, but for Sure Start, for free child care, for tax credits, for the child trust fund...'

Fighting? Against whom? They've been in power for 13 years!

There's nothing like a spot of violence against a heckler, is there?

It was also the "He will have time to answer questions later" phrase that was almost parroted, learned by rote.
